July 27th, 2018 – The United Kingdom: The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, the operator of The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission www.fdrc.org.uk, a neutral mediator serving the online foreign exchange industry, announces today its newest member firm MPB Bank Ltd.

MPB Bank Limited (“MPB”) is a private company incorporated under the provisions of the International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009.

MPB is licensed under the International Banks Act, Chapter 99 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 2009 (section 4(4)), to engage in International Banking Business under Class B (International Bank number 52 BK 2017).

Following the approval of its application by the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre’s board, MSD’s status as an authorised member (Athorised firm membership no.: FDRC21188) of The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission took effect on July 27th, 2018.

Mr. Lalwani Jerome, the chairman of The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission (FDRC) stated during the announcement, “We are proud to welcome MPB Bank Ltd as our newest member and glad to see more brokers joining the Financial Dispute Resolution Commission (FDRC). The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission (FDRC) is an external dispute resolution (EDR) organization in the United Kingdom for consumers and traders who are unable to resolve disputes with financial services providers that are members of the FDRC. The FDRC sets out to provide a new approach for traders and brokers alike to resolve any issues that arise in the course of trading the financial market.
