The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission offers daily regulatory updates on our media site, and FDRC announcement in the news. It can allow our members to receive useful information from the Securities and Futures Authority in the United Kingdom (forerunner of the Financial Conduct Authority "FCA") and news from other jurisdictions.
Protection for Retail Customers
- the complaint is about a FDRC Authorised Firm Member, or, if the financial institution is no longer a member of FDRC, the complaint is about an event that happened while the financial institution was a FDRC Authorised Firm Member
- the complaint relates to an alleged breach of a contract, a statutory obligation, an industry code, or any other legal obligation or to an unfair practice (but need not be stated in this way in the complaint)

Resolve Disputes for Financial Institutions
The Financial Dispute Resolution Commission (FDRC) is an external dispute resolution (EDR) organization for consumers and traders who are unable to resolve disputes with financial services providers that are members of the FDRC. The FDRC sets out to provide a new approach for traders and brokers alike to resolve any issues that arise in the course of trading the financial market.
